I have attached this seasons signing on forms plus deadlines and meeting dates. All the forms need to go back to David Crook. Not me. His email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Team Signing on form. This is a list of basic details that all players that are to be signed for season 2017-18. This also includes your details needed as a manager.
2. Club signing on form. Any new players will have to fill out a new club signing on form. This applies to all new Under 7 players.
3. League signing on forms. ELFA form also attached. ADJFL do not require a paper form this season as far as I am aware.
Please note that no cash or cheques are needed this season for the £30 signing on fee as it will all be done by Go Cardless and the iTeamate system. The parents will receive an email from iTeamate. They can fill in any further details needed for the player and sign all the Code of Conducts and relevant policies. They will also pay the signing on fee and accept any further payment options via Iteamate. They still have the choice to pay £150 in full or 10 x £15 payments through Go Cardless. Any existing payment links will be deleted by 31st July. If ANY of the above are not completed then the registration is not valid and the player will be unable to play until this is sorted.
All players and coaches will receive a Club Training shirt as part of the 25 year celebration, for signing up this year. Accurate sizes will be needed in the box provided. Please do not add other sizes apart from those listed.
ALL managers will be expected to upload new pictures and registration documents to the relevant leagues. If a player has not been registered before then we will require a proof of age document. We have various people in the club that will support this process if you have any issues.
Monday 5th June will be the support meeting where all managers are expected to attend to go through the iTeamate system.
Monday 10th July is the final date for the return of all Team Forms and new player documents. It would be advisable for managers to have all the League forms and relevant documents in by this date too. David does not need to get the League forms back unless you have problems with the upload process.
The iTeamate system applies to ALL teams, boys and girls. Each League has a different system and support and advice will be given for all but most of the onus is on you guys. I will only be acting as a manager through this whole process and will not be collecting any forms or documents in apart from my own 2 teams. I have stated this in previous years and still ended up doing too much. With everything happening behind the scenes I will not have the time. If you want your players to play then you will have to get the work done. I would say that to upload all 10 players documents from a smartphone would take no longer then 1 hour.
David Crook, Neil Hitchen, Andrew Pritchard, Julie Hitchen will be advising for the ELFA and itemate systems. Steve Entwistle, Walter Aspinall will be on hand to help with any ADJFL problems. Sue Walmsley and Gareth White will be able to assist with the Girls process.
